Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven professional who can generate admissions, counsel prospective parents, and represent the preschool in the community. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with parents, conducting school presentations, explaining our curriculum, handling objections, and converting inquiries into admissions.
This role combines admissions counseling, sales, lead generation, and community marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Parent Counseling
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online admission inquiries.
- Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents.
- Explain the preschool curriculum, learning methodology, facilities, safety measures, and unique offerings.
- Build trust with parents and address concerns confidently.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective families.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate admission leads through apartments, gated communities, residential societies, and local networking.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, activity centers, pediatric clinics, daycare centers, and parent communities.
- Organize and participate in admission campaigns, open houses, workshops, and promotional events.
- Identify new opportunities for student enrollment and community partnerships.
Marketing Activities
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate distribution of brochures and marketing materials.
- Assist in social media lead generation and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Represent the preschool at community events and awareness programs.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain lead database and inquiry records.
- Track follow-ups and admission conversion status.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
