Shine Serenity, a premium beauty salon in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, is looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician cum Nail Technician to join our team.
Position: Beautician cum Nail Technician
Salary: ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Location: Shine Serenity, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services.
- Provide professional nail services including gel polish, extensions, overlays, nail art, and nail maintenance.
- Recommend suitable beauty and nail care treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Keep up with the latest beauty and nail trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Support the team in delivering a premium salon experience.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Beautician and Nail Technician.
- Proficiency in beauty services and modern nail techniques.
- Experience with gel nails, acrylic extensions, nail art, and nail care products is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
