Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding MBBS admissions, eligibility, college options, fee structures, and admission procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions and medical education opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and student inquiries.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, colleges, fees, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship management.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing and documentation.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Meet counseling and admission targets as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, telecalling, or customer support. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Work Schedule
- Working Days: sunday- saturday
- Rotational OFF - Any one weekday
- WFH as per company decisions
- Timings: 9am-6pm ( flexible)
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
