Designation: Production Planning Executive (PPC Executive)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning schedules
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, purchase, and stores departments for smooth workflow
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders
- Plan raw material requirements as per production schedules
- Track inventory levels and coordinate for material availability
- Update and maintain production planning reports, MIS, and documentation
- Follow up on pending orders, production status, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with factory team to reduce delays, downtime, and wastage
- Ensure proper production data entry and reporting in Excel/software
- Support management in improving planning efficiency and process flow
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC role
- Manufacturing or packaging industry experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of production planning and coordination
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch coordination

- On-time production planning and execution
- Order completion as per schedule
- Material planning accuracy
- Production coordination efficiency

Working Conditions:
- Office & factory coordination environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
