As we expand our customer reach, we are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business development Executive to join our team and drive sales through daily customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to qualified leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and promote our car care solutions effectively.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers over the call to enhance brand reputation.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and provide necessary information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) with a strong command of English and Hindi.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Interest in automobiles and car care will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust over a phone call.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
