Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, manage site operations, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
- Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction guidelines.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completed by contractors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in real estate or construction companies.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing is an advantage.
