We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented professional with 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
The candidate should have experience in sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely material delivery. Exposure to logistics coordination, inventory planning, and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cost-conscious decision-making abilities are essential for this role. The candidate should be capable of coordinating effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted material availability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation is required. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple procurement activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Candidates from Data Center, Engineering, Manufacturing, HVAC, Infrastructure, Construction, Electrical, or Industrial sectors will be preferred. A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to achieving procurement and supply chain objectives are essential for success in this position.
