Travel Sales Consultants – US Travel Process

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant with prior experience in the US Travel Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, providing travel solutions, and converting inbound travel inquiries into successful sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries from customers in the US market.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary planning, cancellations, modifications, and travel-related services.
- Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual revenue and conversion targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Travel Sales Industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in selling travel products and handling US travel customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of flight booking procedures and travel industry practices.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in US business hours/night shifts.
