We are looking for a warm, people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every client at our Pilates studio.
Ideal Backgrounds:
Candidates with experience in Hotel Management, Front Desk/Reception, Guest Relations, Banquet Sales, or International Call Center Sales are strongly encouraged to apply. Your hospitality and client-handling skills will transfer perfectly to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist new and existing guests with a friendly, professional approach
- Schedule and set up trial sessions, ensuring a smooth first experience
- Guide clients in downloading and using the studio app to manage their subscriptions
- Send polite payment reminders and support seamless payment processes
- Collect feedback after trials and nurture relationships to help guests continue their Pilates journey
- Handle inquiries (calls, messages, in-person) and provide helpful, personalized support
- Coordinate with instructors for trial bookings and maintain basic client records
- Ensure every guest feels valued, cared for, and well-supported throughout their membership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
