Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in residential real estate to manage and nurture incoming leads, provide accurate project information, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building trust and interest with potential buyers, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Handle and manage incoming leads from various online and offline channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed information about Aakruthi Properties’ residential projects.
- Qualify and categorize leads to identify serious buyers and schedule site visits effectively.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Address queries related to project features, pricing, location advantages, amenities, and payment plans.
- Educate potential buyers about the benefits of investing in Aakruthi Properties’ projects, including sustainability features and long-term value.
- Site Visit Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads.
- Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales team after site visits for closure.
- CRM & Database Management:
- Maintain and update lead information and communication history in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to offer relevant insights during client interactions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and meet monthly targets.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer expectations to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in pre-sales, lead management, or customer engagement in the residential real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, especially residential villa projects.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to convert leads into site visits and sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential villa projects is must.
- Multilingual proficiency (English, Kannada, and Hindi) is must.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
