- Lead the end-to-end design and development of fixed-wing, multirotor, VTOL, and hybrid UAV platforms.
- Develop system architecture and ensure seamless integration of airframe, avionics, propulsion, payload, communication, and ground control systems.
- Design and optimize UAV structures for performance, weight, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Perform aerodynamic, structural, thermal, and vibration analyses using simulation tools.
- Select and integrate propulsion systems, batteries, ESCs, motors, servos, GPS, telemetry, and sensors.
- Collaborate with embedded, electronics, software, AI, and computer vision teams for complete UAV system integration.
- Lead prototype development, assembly, validation, and qualification activities.
- Plan and execute ground testing, flight testing, and system verification.
- Analyze flight data, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective design improvements.
- Prepare engineering documentation including design reports, BOMs, test procedures, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations, aviation standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for product transition into production.
- Mentor junior engineers and review engineering designs for quality and technical accuracy.
- Evaluate emerging UAV technologies and recommend improvements for future products.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
