Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Incharge with proven experience in the textile industry to manage all store and inventory operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, overseeing receipt and dispatch of materials, and ensuring smooth store operations while adhering to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, fabrics, yarns, dyes, chemicals, accessories, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production departments for material requirements.
- Monitor inward and outward movements of goods and prepare related documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage practices to prevent damage, wastage, or pilferage of materials.
- Maintain records in ERP/software and generate inventory reports as required.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping practices within the store area.
- Supervise store staff and allocate duties effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or certification in Materials Management/Inventory Management is preferred.
- 2 – 3 years or more of relevant experience in the Textile Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of textile raw materials, fabrics, yarns, dyes, chemicals, and accessories.
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working in a spinning mill, weaving unit, garment manufacturing unit, or textile processing industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Textile Industry is compulsory. Candidates without relevant textile store experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
