Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to support surgical procedures in our maternity hospital. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling OT equipment, maintaining sterility and assisting surgeons during obstetric and gynecological surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain Operation Theatre before, during and after surgeries
● Assist surgeons, anesthetists and nursing staff during procedures
● Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
● Handle OT equipment such as monitors, suction machines, cautery, etc.
● Maintain strict infection control protocols and NABH guidelines
● Assist in positioning patients safely on the OT table
● Keep records of OT procedures, instruments and consumables
● Ensure proper cleaning and turnover of OT between surgeries
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)
Mandatory Experience Required:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a hospital OT setup Working Days Rotational duty as per hospital schedule
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
