Whom Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a results-driven and strategically oriented Manager – Technical Sales to lead and scale our B2B technical sales function. This role requires a strong blend of engineering expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability to drive revenue growth, build strategic accounts, and lead a high-performing technical sales team.
Must Have
- Master’s degree in Engineering and/or MBA (Marketing / Tech Management)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical/B2B or industrial sales
- At least 4 years of experience leading a sales or application engineering team
- Strong exposure to robotics, IoT, automation, electronics, or prototyping platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience handling enterprise accounts and high-value negotiations
- Experience participating in industry exhibitions and technical expos
Nice to Have
· Experience in scaling a technical sales team in a growth-stage company
· Exposure to export/international B2B sales
· Technical certifications in robotics, IoT, or automation platforms
· Strong industry network within engineering institutes or industrial clients
