Experience Required:
➤ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
➤ Payroll Processing
➤ Attendance & Leave Management
➤ PF & ESI Compliance
➤ HR Administration & Employee Documentation
➤ HR MIS & Reporting
➤ Managing and maintaining HRMS records
Skills Required:
➤ Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
➤ Hands-on experience with HRMS software
➤ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
➤ Good communication and multitasking abilities
➤ Strong organizational and coordination skills
Qualification:
➤ MBA (HR) / MHRM / Equivalent HR-related Postgraduate Degree
