Job description:
We are looking for Telecallers / Academic Counsellors who are confident communicators and passionate about sales. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions for our Online & Offline Astrology, Numerology, and Vastu Courses.

Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, and benefits.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students through professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English communication is preferred).
- Confident, positive, and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets).
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Professional office etiquette and a respectful attitude.
- Quick learner with a willingness to grow.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in selling educational courses or training programs will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Salary & Benefits
