Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling banking transactions, documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end process of Letter of Credit (LC) including opening, amendment, negotiation, and closure
- Managing Bank Guarantees (BG) such as issuance, renewal, invocation, and tracking
- Coordination with banks for LC/BG related documentation and follow-ups
- Preparing and verifying financial documents related to import/export transactions
- Maintaining proper records of all LC & BG transactions
- Assisting in bank reconciliation and daily accounting activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Supporting audit requirements related to banking transactions
- Liaising with internal departments for smooth financial operations
Qualifications:
· B. Com / M. Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
· Strong willingness to learn and grow in the Iron & Steel Manufacturing sector.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven ability to handle pressure.
Salary & Benefits:
· Salary: 3.50/- LPA (CTC)
· Benefits: includes ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), Gratuity, Annual Bonus, and Leave Encashment.
