Skills & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in STEM Education, Robotics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, IoT, or a related field.
- Candidates with a background in B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., or M.Sc. are preferred.
- Knowledge of Robotics, IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java, Arduino, and Embedded Systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good programming and software development skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, project development, and working with students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute scheduled STEM/Robotics classes across schools, colleges, corporate locations, multiple centres, and online platforms.
- Conduct practical training sessions and ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Develop and support robotics, IoT, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other STEM-based projects.
- Provide technical guidance and clarify doubts for both students and trainers, online and offline.
- Work closely with fellow mentors and trainers to maintain consistent training standards.
- Analyse class performance and identify opportunities to improve class delivery, student engagement, and kit effectiveness.
- Assist in project development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Create and update project manuals, workbooks, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant concepts into training and projects.
Compensation
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
