Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for generating leads to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying leads to support business development in the US staffing industry. This role requires strong research, communication, and prospecting skills to build a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential candidates across the US.
* Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
* Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and client contacts.
* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
* Understand the staffing requirements and share relevant leads.
* Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and results on a regular basis.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
* Stay updated with US staffing market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or any related field.
* Must have experience in lead generation.
* Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Strong research skills and proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales navigator and other tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
