About the Role: HR Realty International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting property presentations/site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and available options to customers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated about current projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Candidate Profile
