About the Role
We are looking for Enterprise Performance Test Architect who is responsible for defining, governing, and
executing end-to-end performance engineering strategy across large-scale business
transformation programs. This role ensures scalability, resilience, and optimal
performance of enterprise platforms including SAP, Workday, CRM360, and web
applications, while embedding performance engineering into the SDLC and DevOps
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Performance Strategy & Governance

Define and own the enterprise performance testing and engineering strategy
across transformation programs.

Establish performance architecture standards, benchmarks, SLAs, and NFR
governance for SAP, Workday, CRM360, and integrated landscapes.

Create and maintain multi-year performance roadmaps aligned with business
transformation milestones.

Drive performance readiness sign-off for major releases and go-lives.
Architecture & Workload Modeling

Design enterprise-scale workload models based on production usage, business
cycles, seasonality, and growth projections.

Ensure right-sizing of workloads aligned to real-world business transactions and user behavior.

Architect performance test approaches complex, integrated, distributed systems.

Evaluate scalability and capacity models to support future growth and peak load scenarios.
Frameworks, Tools & Enablement

Architect and standardize performance testing frameworks using industry-leading tools (NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

Define and govern shared performance tooling strategy, licenses, and usage across programs.

Enable reusable assets, scripts, and accelerators for SAP, Workday, CRM360, APIs, and web channels.

Drive enterprise adoption of performance engineering over traditional testing.
Execution & Optimization

Oversee and govern performance test execution across programs and vendors.

Analyze results to identify systemic bottlenecks across applications, middleware,database, network, and infrastructure layers.

Partner with engineering and architecture teams to recommend design
optimizations and remediation strategies.

Provide scalability, capacity planning, and infrastructure sizing recommendations.
DevOps, Monitoring & Continuous Validation

Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

Define shift-left performance testing and early NFR validations.

Implement and govern performance monitoring and observability solutions.

Partner with production support teams to correlate test vs. production performance patterns.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as a trusted advisor to Program Managers, Test Managers, Architects, and Business stakeholders.

Support and govern third-party vendor performance engineering activities.

Translate business performance expectations into measurable technical outcomes.

Drive executive-level performance insights and risk reporting.
Reporting, Coaching & Capability Building

Produce executive-ready performance reports, dashboards, and risk assessments.

Define and document performance engineering processes, best practices, and standards.

Coach and mentor teams on enterprise performance engineering practices.

Build a center of excellence (CoE) mindset for performance across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and skills

15+ years of Proven experience as a Performance Test Architect / Performance
-
Engineering Lead in large enterprise environments
-
Deep expertise in doing performance testing and engineering for SAP, Workday,

CRM360, integrated enterprise systems

Strong proficiency in NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and monitoring tools

Hands-on experience with workload modeling, capacity planning, and scalability

Hands on experience in developing tool agnostic performance test frame works

Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Java script
