Job Overview
Vinayakam Exports is looking for an experienced Alibaba Listing Expert to manage and optimize our Alibaba store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating high-converting product listings, improving search visibility, and maintaining a professional supplier profile. Experience in the home textile and apparel industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage Alibaba product listings.
- Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Optimize listings to improve search rankings and buyer inquiries.
- Edit and enhance product images before uploading.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Update pricing, product specifications, and inventory.
- Organize products into appropriate categories.
- Monitor listing performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure all listings comply with Alibaba policies and standards.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to gather product information.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Alibaba product listings.
- Strong understanding of Alibaba SEO and product ranking factors.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Experience with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Knowledge of keywords, product attributes, and catalog management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in textiles, handmade products, clothing, or home décor is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of international e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze listing performance and improve conversion rates.
- Familiarity with bulk listing and product management tools.
