Utilities One Group is a US-based leading provider of fiber/telecom and power infrastructure engineering and construction services.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support procurement operations and system development across telecom construction projects in the United States.
This role plays a key part in the rollout of NetSuite, development of the company’s material database (Single Source of Truth), and support of warehousing and field operations.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Work Schedule: 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST) On-Site.

Lead and support NetSuite configuration, customization, and system setup, including item structures, fields, workflows, and reporting.
- Own and maintain the company’s material catalog (Single Source of Truth – SSOT).
- Create, update, and manage item master data in NetSuite.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of all material and item records.
- Create, update, and manage item master data in NetSuite.
- Support NetSuite implementation, configuration, and ongoing system improvements.
- Configure item structures, fields, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to align system processes.
- Support integration between NetSuite and other operational systems (e.g., WYMS, GPM).
- Perform day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and coordination.
- Support material planning and tracking for ongoing projects.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Develop strong knowledge of materials used in telecom (OSP fiber and wireless).
- Provide support to internal teams on material usage, identification, and system processes.

Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate with US clients and multi-cultural team members is a must.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, or system setup is mandatory.
- Proved master data ownership and data skills.
- Advanced Excel / Spreadsheet skills is a must, including data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
