We are seeking a results-oriented, data-driven Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. In this role, your impact goes beyond standard talent acquisition; you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, directly contributing to our organizational scale and the evolution of our company culture.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.

Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit

Lead salary negotiations and manage offer closures Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment metrics, pipeline tracking, and reporting

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical roles

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter
- Sourcing Tools: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search strings, and modern ATS platforms

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch our company culture and vision authentically.

Qualification: A Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources—or an equivalent post-graduate degree in Talent Management—is highly preferred and will be considered a distinct advantage.
