The Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their families from registration through discharge and follow-up. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, admissions, investigations, surgery scheduling, counseling families, and ensuring smooth communication between medical teams and caregivers.
This will involve working in 3 shifts.
