Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors, and staff.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime records.
- Support monthly payroll by preparing attendance and statutory inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement, welfare activities, and training programs.
- Manage contract labour documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with production and department heads for manpower planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
