Habib Solvex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate, motivated, and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the growth of Sunmark Refined Sunflower Oil in Bengaluru and surrounding markets.
If you're an experienced FMCG sales professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Expand market reach and increase product availability across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and key accounts.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in edible oils or food products is preferred).
- Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Passion for sales, self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
