Production Supervisor –(Refractory Industry)
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per the production plan.
- Monitor product quality and ensure all products meet company standards.
- Manage workers, assign daily tasks, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Ensure machines are running safely and report any breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and monitor raw material usage.
- Follow all safety rules, housekeeping standards, and company policies to achieve production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
