We are looking for a responsible and organized team member to manage customer support, order handling, and shipment coordination.

Customer Support & Operations Executive

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email
- Manage Shopify orders and ensure smooth order processing
- Coordinate shipments and track deliveries with courier partners
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally
- Update order status, shipment details, and customer records
- Assist in handling returns, replacements, and delivery issues
- Support the operations team during busy dispatch periods
- Coordinate internally with packing and warehouse staff
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding delays or stock updates
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and online systems
- Organized and responsible
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
- Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Experience handling courier/shipping portals
- Fast typing and good follow-up skills
- Social media customer handling experience is an added advantage
Work Timing
[Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]
