Role Overview
We are a fast-growing D2C lifestyle brand in ceramics & glassware, building a long-term consumer brand.
We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to drive D2C revenue through Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and conversion optimisation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about scaling online revenue through data-driven decisions and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth
- Own D2C revenue targets and growth roadmap
- Manage the customer funnel: Traffic → PDP → Checkout → Retention
- Optimise CAC, AOV, CVR, MER and overall revenue
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition and repeat purchases
2. Digital Advertising
- Execute and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage budgets, scaling and creative testing
- Handle catalog, retargeting, Search and Shopping campaigns
3. Shopify & CRO
- Optimise Shopify store, product pages, collections and navigation
- Analyse GA4 funnels and improve website conversion
- Reduce cart abandonment and improve checkout performance
4. Content & Growth
- Work with design and content teams on performance-focused creatives
- Turn campaign insights into creative briefs
- Scale winning creatives and optimise underperforming campaigns
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CAC and Conversion Rate
- Analyse Shopify, GA4, Meta and Google Ads data
- Share weekly reports, insights and optimisation plans
6. Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, content and e-commerce teams
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies and external partners when required
Requirements Must Have
- 3–6 years of D2C or e-commerce growth experience
- Strong experience with Shopify
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
- Good understanding of GA4, Shopify Analytics and attribution
- Experience with consumer product or e-commerce brands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with lifestyle, home décor or consumer brands
- Understanding of CRO, retention and remarketing strategies
