Role Summary:
The Senior HR Recruiter leads end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
- Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and workforce plans
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Drive employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
- Mentor junior recruiters and improve recruitment processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
