Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to communicate with customers over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and customer confidentiality.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good listening and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Ability to work under targets.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English and regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass.
Graduate preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales is an added advantage.
