Details:
1) Responsible for the achievement of retention goals.
2) Manage succession planning across the function/team to reduce single-point failure and dependency.
3) Establish and improve competency baseline through TNI for all employees.
4) Have a formal documented Individual Development Plan (IDP) for every team member highlighting their training and development needs and tracking it to closure.
5) Detect and prevent compliance problems - Implement controls and encourage the raising of concerns
6) Ensure that the customer-specific induction content is updated.
7) Contribute to the success and timely completion of the new customer or the device transition.
8) Take ownership of documentation of the project/initiative in a manner that can demonstrate discrete value to the customer.
