Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also oversee the development process, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive the project forward, ensuring a seamless integration of applications within the existing infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter BA, Insurance Claims.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Need to work on Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm)
