Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics CRM customization, Power Platform, integrations, workflows, and CRM application development. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Services, and third-party applications.
- Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS customizations for CRM forms and user interfaces.
- Participate in solution design, requirements gathering, and technical architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation of CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize CRM processes and improve system functionality.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
- Strong experience with:
- Dynamics 365 CRM Customization and Configuration
- C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Dataverse
- Web APIs and REST Services
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
