Job Overview
Gexart Digital Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Tech Sales & Conversion Representative who can convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate should understand websites, SEO, digital marketing, software solutions, and business growth strategies, and be able to communicate their value effectively to prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound leads generated through ads, social media, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain website development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and software solutions in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the project and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent English, Hindi, or Bengali communication skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital solutions.
- Ability to build trust and relationships with business owners.
- Comfortable with calls, Zoom meetings, and WhatsApp communication.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Previous experience in digital marketing sales, SaaS sales, website sales, or tech sales is preferred.
