Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement. The role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing, and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for social media channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including graphics, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and landing pages.
- Help optimize website content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and online inquiries.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and distribution.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Prepare reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and vendors for marketing activities.
- Maintain digital marketing databases and marketing calendars.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internships or up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Certifications in Google Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar are an advantage.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

As per company policy and business requirements.
