Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional for Outdoor Media Sales & Client Servicing to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage end-to-end execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, relationship management skills and a sound understanding of outdoor advertising media.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate sales, agencies and direct clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and media pitches.
- Prepare customized media plans and proposals based on client objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Cross-sell integrated advertising solutions including OOH, DOOH, Transit Media, Retail Branding, Activation and Digital Media.
Client Servicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend effective media solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular review meetings and present campaign performance updates.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Coordinate media planning, booking, artwork approvals, production, installation and campaign monitoring.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within committed timelines.
- Monitor campaign quality through site inspections and proof-of-display reports.
- Maintain campaign documentation, photographs and execution reports.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with media owners, vendors, production partners and operations teams.
- Track inventory availability and pricing.
- Ensure timely release orders (ROs), work orders and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, collections and payment follow-ups.
Reporting
- Prepare daily sales reports, pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases.
- Submit weekly and monthly business performance reports.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of Outdoor Media (OOH), DOOH, Transit Media, Airport Media, Mall Media and Retail Branding.
- Ability to create media plans and sales presentations.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, Media Sales, Advertising Agency or Integrated Marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client servicing.
- Existing relationships with advertisers, media agencies or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
