Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Classes 1–7. The ideal candidate should be skilled in simplifying mathematical concepts, fostering logical thinking, and creating an engaging learning environment that builds students' confidence in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes 1–7 in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and practice materials.
- Explain mathematical concepts using interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
- Support students with remedial sessions and doubt-clearing when required.
Qualifications
- TTC (Teacher Training Certificate) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching primary or upper primary students is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
