Job Summary:
We are looking for a strict, smart, proactive, and experienced HR Manager to manage centralized HR operations across our three jewellery retail branches. The ideal candidate should have strong employee-handling, recruitment, communication, and HR management skills and be comfortable coordinating with both employees and branch management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall HR operations across all three branches.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, and employee onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate effectively with branch managers and employees.
- Conduct regular branch visits to monitor and support HR activities.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Maintain good employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Prepare and maintain necessary HR reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, or multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Excellent employee-handling and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be strict, disciplined, smart, proactive, and responsible.
- Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.
- Willingness to travel regularly between branches.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management.
