We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for student counselling and admissions. The role involves handling student enquiries, follow-ups, admissions support, and maintaining professional communication with students and parents.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Counsel students and explain training programs in detail
- Follow up with leads generated through different marketing channels
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication
- Maintain proper lead and admission records
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Coordinate with the management and training team regarding admissions
- Achieve monthly admission
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
