Job Summary:
Raj Palace is looking for a professional, courteous, and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest interactions smoothly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
Maintain records and update booking systems accurately
Ensure all guests receive excellent service during their stay
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems)
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
