Job Summary
IMTS Institute is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist in providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Assist in setting up systems for new employees and maintaining IT assets.
- Support users with email, internet, and network-related issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and support requests.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving basic connectivity issues.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required.
- Support the IT team in day-to-day operational activities and special projects.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
