Role overview

The technical lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of client-facing digital solutions while providing strong hands-on leadership across full-stack engineering teams. This role combines client ownership, architectural decision-making, and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions delivered through modern DevOps and cloud-native practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, planning, and technical matters.
Coordinate effectively with remote and distributed team members across multiple time zones.
Communicate requirements, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in full-stack development using React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Review and approve technical designs, APIs, and database schemas.
Define and manage branching, merging, and release strategies across environments.
Ensure adherence to CI/CD, DevOps, and secure coding practices.
Lead development of scalable, containerized solutions using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
Provide continuous technical guidance, engineering direction, and constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications and skills

12–14 years of experience in software and product development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL or Azure SQL, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Solid understanding of modern application architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
Proven experience managing client-facing engagements and owning delivery outcomes.
Hands-on experience leading remote and distributed development teams.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to define technical roadmaps, guide architecture decisions, and balance business and engineering priorities.
Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
