Position: Senior Draughtsman

Experience: 4–8 Years (Real Estate/Architecture preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman to prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, excellent knowledge of construction standards, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on client and management feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws and regulations.
- Review junior draughtsmen's work for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Support project execution by providing timely drawing updates.
- Ensure all drawings meet company quality standards and project timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret design concepts into technical drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman/Senior Draughtsman.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction Industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
