Production Management:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.
- Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment specific to beverage manufacturing.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards meet regulatory requirements and company expectations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct regular inspections and audits.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among production teams.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Implement best practices in lean manufacturing and automation technologies.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage waste reduction initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Stay updated on changes in regulations that may affect production practices.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Assist in developing and managing production budgets, monitoring expenditures to stay within financial targets.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency for senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure Food Safety Compliance in Production Processes:
- Oversee implementation of GMP, GHP, and CCP controls across all production lines to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance Teams:
- Work closely with QA and Engineering teams to maintain hygiene standards, equipment sanitization, and preventive maintenance schedules that impact food safety.
