Job Overview
We are seeking an agile and technically sound IT Executive to manage our local IT infrastructure and support the end-to-end development of custom in-house business applications.
The role requires a candidate who can bridge the gap between hardware support and software engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining office networks, workstations, local servers, and contributing towards building data-driven web applications to optimize business operations.
Industry-specific experience in freight forwarding is not mandatory. However, the candidate must be highly adaptable and capable of understanding workflows through in-house training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and local servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Provide technical support to internal teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of custom in-house business applications.
- Support database management and web application functionality.
- Ensure smooth functioning of local systems, backups, and network security.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Understand company workflows and implement technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and server management.
- Understanding of programming concepts and web application development.
- Strong logical reasoning and debugging abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
