Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care or post-operative recovery.
- Rehabilitation Support: Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers in coordination with the physiotherapy team.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that align with the patient’s long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors to track patient progress and adjust treatments.
- Education: Teach patients and their families about recovery processes, medication adherence, and safety techniques for home care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring all clinical observations and therapy milestones are recorded.
Qualification: B.sc Nursing/ GNM
Experience- Minimum 01 year, previous experience in orthopedics, neurology, or rehabilitation will be an added advantage. Food and accommodation will be provided.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
