Job Responsibilities
Teaching Responsibilities
- Teach English Language, Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Communication Skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, tests, and assignments.
- Conduct classroom lectures and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students improve spoken and written English skills.
Counselling Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Defence courses and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable Defence courses based on their goals and aptitude.
- Follow up on inquiries and admissions.
- Maintain student records and counselling reports.
- Support students in academic and personal development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in English, Education, Psychology.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Prior teaching or counselling experience will be preferred.
