Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining services, following up with leads, and converting them into appointments/clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and manage customer enquiries.
- Explain hair and skin care services, offers, and treatment details to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain customer records and update call details regularly.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/customer handling.
- Experience from the hair, skin care, beauty, wellness, or clinic industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Looking for candidates interested in long-term association with the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
